Privacy-first processing

RosterRest Audit is designed to process your roster only for the report you request. The goal is to validate the upload, generate the audit pack, deliver the report, and avoid storing roster data on our server for longer than required for that transaction.

Every paid audit tier includes the same report pack. Row count only affects pricing, and the selected grouping/sort options shape how the reports are organised.

Manual Time Entry Tip

Using the dropdown is safest. If typing a morning time, enter the AM marker before tabbing away, for example 06:00A. Afternoon/evening 24-hour times such as 18:00 are usually accepted directly.

Required Template Columns

Employee Name, Employee ID, Crew, Site, Role, Date, Start, End. Department is optional for extra grouping. Dates should use YYYY-MM-DD. Days off can be included with a date and blank Start/End times if you want them shown in outputs.

If you need to correct the same roster after purchase, one revised upload is included within 3 days. A new roster period, a materially larger upload, or a different business unit would require a new audit or the correct higher row-count tier.
